Who We Are 

About Us

 The Brentwood Community is a prominent deed-restricted residential community nestled in the suburbs of Conyers, GA, Rockdale County. The community consists of 306 family homes built by John Wieland. 

The Brentwood Community Association, Inc. maintains the common neighborhood property to very high architectural standards. The community offers neighborhood amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, playground, picnic area, and clubhouse.

Located minutes from historic downtown Conyers, residents enjoy eclectic shopping and the delicious dining of a small town with the proximity to all that Atlanta has to offer.

Brentwood residents and their guests that choose to visit its shared common and recreational areas agree to do so at their own risk and agree to hold Brentwood’s neighborhood and its HOA harmless of all liabilities including the spread of communicable diseases (example: COVID-19) when using the shared common and recreation areas.  For more information, view our Assumption of Risk policy.

Brentwood Board of Directors

The Brentwood Board of Directors is composed of elected members. The administration of the Brentwood Community Association is self-managed by the Board of Directors and its committees’ members. 
Regular meetings are held, and all homeowners are encouraged to attend.
 The Board Members’ and committee members’ participation is strictly voluntary.

Kirk is the owner of K Lofton Designs, a custom tailoring & alterations company. He is an active business leader and a citizen's advocate well known throughout  Rockdale's County and the City Government. He is an active member of the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Development Board, and the Downtown Merchants Association. Kirk and his family have lived in Brentwood since 2012.

Sonya Travis has been a Brentwood resident since 1997. She chose Brentwood to live and raise her daughter because it was cozy and charming with style, an HOA, and great amenities.  She is a retired IT Marketing and Networking professional and has a passion for helping others.  Sonya's model for success is, "Success is knowing your purpose in life, growing to reach your maximum potential, and sowing seeds that benefit others."

Kimberley is a native New Yorker with a BA in Criminal Studies and Juris Doctorate in Law.  She is a valued professional within the real estate & financial strategies industries.   Kimberley is the owner of Dailey & Associates Certified Brokers, LLC, a full-service real estate and financial strategies firm. She is a good listener and can find solutions that create awareness to build and secure assets!  Her passion is to exert fairness and protection in the many lives that cross her path!
