Stay in Compliance

Home Exterior & Landscape Modifications

Did you know that exterior and structural changes must be approved BEFORE you start your project?


Per Brentwood Modifications Guidelines,  changes such as significant landscape, tree removal, and other exterior changes must be reviewed and approved before making any changes.   


Avoid Costly Fines. 


SUBMIT your Modification Request Form and then WAIT for the Board's & the Architectural Control Committee's decision before starting your project.


Selling Your Home?

All Property Owners are required to notify the Board in writing if they plan to sell their home or put it on the market.  Once the home has been sold, they must inform the Board of the purchaser's details.

Failure to comply violates

Home Sales Covenants

and is subject to fines.
